Error about confriming the change admin provileges on e-mail.
AnsweredI am the administrator of the currently existing of the BOX.
To transfer Admin Privileges to Another User,
I followed the guidance in Transferring Admin Privileges to Another User(https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360044194953-Transferring-Admin-Privileges-to-Another-User).
Now I am receiving an email to my email address to verify the change, but when I select 'verify the change(移管を確認)' in the email, it says: "You do not have the authority to confirm this admin transfer(この管理者移管を確認する権限がありません。)."
I get the same error when I log in again as administrator.
What should I do?
