Bill portal
AnsweredI am using Firefox and Safari on MacOS 13. It's pretty much impossible for me to visit the billing portal of the website. I'm constantly redirected to the Web App and I have been instructed to update my credit card or I will lose my account. I've tried using links from mail, I've tried to use the links on website. I've tried to type the address in manually. Everything either logs me right into the App which does not offer me an area to change billing settings - or I am in the Support portal which logs me out.
