How do I open a support case with Box?

Box failed to update. Then I received this message: Your logs have been sent successfully. If you do not have an open support case with Box, please create one here so someone can follow up with you. A support case is required to investigate this issue.

However, the "here" above leads nowhere.

  Looks like you're updating your Box application, can I confirm the current version of your Box Application and your Operating System?
