Accepted collaboration but cannot upload files to the shared folder

I have accepted a collaboration on box but I can't drag and drop files from my desktop.

  Welcome to Box Community and glad to help! 

  As listed in this chart, please make sure that you have enough permission to be able to upload files in a collaborated folder. And to modify your collaboration permission please reach out to the folder owner.
