Cancel account
AnsweredI am trying to cancel my account now that the project is over, but when i click on it, it takes me to a page that says "this does not exist". How do i cancel?

Any requests for cancellations, downgrades, or seat decreases can be emailed directly to cancel@box.com. All other billing-related inquiries can be sent to billing@box.com. A member of our team will reach out as soon as possible to assist you!
