How do I create a support case?
AnsweredMy Box isn't working and I was told to create a support case, but all I can find is old posts about people with the same problem. Is there really no direct support anywhere?

I wish I knew what my Box issue was/is. I got the following message a couple of days ago:
However, going through the steps in "this article" (https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/8873965936787-Box-Drive-failed-to-initialize-on-macOS-due-to-an-existing-Box-folder) didn't seem to help. Nevertheless, I currently have "box" at the top of my screen, and when I click on it, I get the following:
so it looks like maybe Box is working again. Is this a logical conclusion? I know I'm not providing much helpful information, but I'm kind of confused as to what is happening.
