2023 Macbook Pro M2 Box App issues
AnsweredI installed the Box app and whenever I try to open my Adobe or Excel files through my desktop software to edit a message is shown that I need to install the Box app... I have installed the software already yet it keeps looping the same message. Has there been any solutions to this issue?

Hello, I have uninstalled the software and tried reinstalling it multiple times with no luck. The article you have linked also did not help. This may be an issue that needs to be addressed to your technical teams as I am on the latest Macbook Pro M2 14inch laptop that was launched 2 months ago. I am currently running Ventura 13.3.1 and OS is on it's latest update.
