    To keep your information private and secured, please refrain from adding your data such as your email address in this post.

    Regarding your Box account and your missing contents, are you having trouble logging in? If you happen to have forgotten your password please generate a password reset. 

    Also, if nothing happened after you reset your password, please check if you have already canceled or deactivated your Box account.
