It appears that our account was possibly downgraded and all of our files are missing.  These are critical veterinary patient records. Actual support needed immediately.

    Welcome to Box Community and glad to help! 

    Are the files you're looking for your owned contents or collaborated with? If it's the latter, you may reach out to the folder owner and request for a collaboration re-invite. 

    Meanwhile, if you're looking for your owned contents kindly check your trash by going to box.com> trash/bin icon. 

    Here's how you could easily sort, search or filter your deleted files and possibly restore it.

    I believe they were collaborated but the company that did our scanning has since gone out of business.  Can you see who owns the files I have previously collaborated on so I can contact them??
