    I'm using Big Sur version 11.7.6 and Box 2.32.110; this is the error I receive when I try to initialize the app:

     

    Box Drive has encountered an error at initialization that requires you to manually move aside your existing Box folder.

    If the problem persists, please contact Box Support to further troubleshoot the issue.
