Ran out of space

Seems to happen a lot. I have 15 of 50 gb used and can´t update because "the account this folder belongs to has ran out of space". Pls, how can I fix this?

I apologize for the inconvenience. I'm going to run a script that will recount all of the files and how much storage is being used in your account. Sometimes Box caches previous file counts and storage amounts causing a data inconsistency. This is a known issue and is a long term project for our engineering team to tackle.
