password does not work
Answeredevery time I login and enter my password, Box does not recognize it and I have to create a new one. Why? how to correct this?

Here is a screenshot attached of the issue as 'No Password Created' is displayed every time even though I have already created it multiple times using the password reset link via email ID.
Whenever I try to update it from this 'Create Password' link, an error is displayed as shown below in the attached screenshot.
Kindly provide a solution ASAP. ThankYou!
