Signed documents not showing sigatures

    Hi there,

    Welcome to the Box Community! 

    After the signing of the document is completed, Box sends you and other signers an emailed copy of the document you signed. Could you please confirm if the signer have received the email? 

    Looking forward in assisting you.

    I am having this problem too. The document is fully executed and all parties have received and signed the document, but when I open and/or download the completed file it only SHOWS the signatures in the Signing Log - normally, it shows the signatures on both the Signing Log AND the Document that was signed). 

    I thought maybe it was just a glitch, so I resent the document and had it re-signed. Same problem.

    How do we fix this?

    I figured out why it wasn't working for my situation: the pdf I was sending for signature was 'form fillable' and I placed the signature box on top of the 'fillable' field for 'signature', not realizing a) it was still fillable in an e-signature module or b) that that would have any impact on placing a signature image on the document.

    I don't know if placing the signature field elsewhere on the document would have made a difference or if the document being 'fillable' at all is what was creating the glitch (perhaps the Box team could provide some support with that for the benefit of everyone).

    But what worked for me was converting the fillable pdf to a normal pdf (by 'printing to pdf') before uploading to Box. Everything worked as usual after that.
