Signed documents not showing sigatures

Hi there, 

I sent off a document to be signed by someone else. I can see that the document has been signed but can only see the signed docs in the log file rather than the file in which I'd requested the signature be added. What happens to the docs once they are signed?

  Hi there,

  Welcome to the Box Community! 

  After the signing of the document is completed, Box sends you and other signers an emailed copy of the document you signed. Could you please confirm if the signer have received the email?
