No notifications

I do not get any notifications from my box account.
I already followed https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043696174-Troubleshooting-Issues-with-Email-Notifications but it is still not working. Is it possible that I am on the Email on suppression list? How can I check this? Opening a case with the support team does not work either.
