FILES NOT SHOWING UP ANYWHERE

I recently logged in BOX after a while. It says I have 3.3 gb of storage occupied, but alas nothing is shown when I'm in the "all files" section. The same thing happens on the web and on the android app. Uploading a new file seems to be working fine.
Please help!

Glad that you've joined this forum. Great news! We've ran the script to correct your file and folder counts. You may check it by logging in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.
