Unable to open files
AnsweredStarting last week, I am not able to access files on Box. I keep getting notifications that the file may be deleted...etc..
I can't even open the ones that I have uploaded 3 minutes prior.
What do I do?

How do you access these files on Box, are you using a shared link URL or accessing them as a collaborator?
And if you're receiving the notifications it's being deleted, can you attach a screenshot in this post?
