Box won't send files to desktop after uninstalling and reinstalling application
AnsweredHi, I am trying to access box through my desktop (I use windows) and have tried syncing the files to the desktop, restarting my computer, and when this did not work I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and attempted to sync again with still no luck. What else can I do?
