Invited to Collaborate - cannot view shared folder in my box
AnsweredMy collaborator sent me an email to the correct account
When I click on "Accept Invite", I am sent to my Box account (and again, it is the correct one), but do not see the folder I have been invited to collaborate on
I have been in constant contact with my collaborator, and the only way I am able to access it is through a shared link - however this is not useful as I also need to be able to edit the documents and share them with my collaborators

Check for your pending collaboration in your Box account and accept when necessary using this article. Meanwhile, if the intended folder didn't appear you may reach out to the Owner and request for collaboration re-invite.
