Can not log in and restore the password

One of my coworkers created an account but can not log in or restore the password. I checked the company firewall but could not find any request from box.com to deliver a single message. Can you solve this problem? Maybe we should deactivate the account and create it one more time?

Hi Box. “The impacted user” messaged you two weeks ago using the link you provided and still did not get the answer. I was the witness of that situation. When will you solve our problem? The situation has a growing negative impact on our daily routine in the company.
