Incorrect space after signing up

As part of the recent promotion to get 30 GB storage space (if I sign up with the phone app), I did that and I got exactly 26.84 GB and not 30 GB. Since it is the free plan, I can't call their support team so I am asking a question here to see if anyone else ran into this problem also or not. What did you do?

Thank you, Rona! I just sent them an email and waiting for their response.
I tried to contact their support team before posting this comment but I got an error saying they don't provide support for the free plan so we will see what I get out of this billing email address.
