BOX continues with obsolete 'can't upload' message
AnsweredI use SyncbackPro almost daily to update some active subdirectories from my Win10 PC to my BOX account. Maybe a week or so ago I got a notice that a 67MB video file couldn't upload.
OK OK! My error. I DELETED that MP4 file from both the PC and BOX, and re-copied the subdirectory using plain Win10 Copy command and also Syncback pro. I cleared the Chrome cache & every cookie on the PC. Yet daily, on boot time, I get the same message:
Upload failed
**.mp4 exceeds maximum upload size
How to I get rid of this obsolete message?
