I am not able to see any files while logged in, I get that there are no files at all.

  Hi there, 

  Welcome to the Box Community! 

  As per checking, there are files on the account. However, it is a collaborated folder. You can ask the owner to check the shared settings or remove you as a collaborator then add again.
