Not Enough Space on Box although Unlimited Account
CompletedWe have a user trying to upload several TB of data (not all at once) but is getting the message: There is not enough space on Box. You need an additional 434 GB to copy these files. They are doing this through Box Drive, but have tried the web version and FTP as well with no luck. I can see our account is unlimited and the user's individual account is set to unlimited. What might be causing this?
