Can't Find Where to Update Credit Card information
AnsweredSo I've been chasing my tail for half an hour or so trying to find out how to update my credit card information. Seriously, this should not be this hard. I should not have to work this hard to continue giving you my money. One article I found said to go to box.com/update. That just takes me to my list of folders. Another article says to go to box.com/billing. Same destination. So I try to submit a support ticket and keep being brought back to this support forum. All I want to do is update my credit card expiry date and 3 digit code (I got a new card). Again, something this simple should be a two-minute process--I should be able to go to Account and just enter the new information. Please someone, anyone, help.

I am more than frustrated about this. I have tried for 30 minutes to find the link or portal to update my credit card to pay my balance. I followed the direction provided and it leads me to nothing. I've tried a few times. This is exactly why I found another platform to use which is more user friendly.
Please send me a link to update my card on file.

Box Support is some of the worst I have experienced. I ended up googling a phone number and calling them. The rep immediately wanted to update my details over the phone, I said no, I want to do this online. She told me several places to go, all of which I had already visited and found dead ends. Finally she admitted they were having a problem and that she would have to do it on her end. So basically there was no way to do it online after all, despite several "help" articles saying otherwise.

This is the worst think I have dealt with. Where in the hell is the update my credit card on file link. I am like everyone else. The link is either broken or not even there.
When is anyone going to fix this. Your articles suck because they are wrong and don't get you to where you can update the information.

Frank Braun as mentioned above, the only way I was able to do this was to Google for a phone number and call them. In spite of all the help articles saying you can do this online, you literally can't. Box support is incredibly bad. Which is why we are using an alternative service.
