    Same here. I think there is some kind of upgrade in Box backend, things stop working since yesterday for me. Not able upload any type of file, always error: "Something went wrong with the upload. Please try again." Support team will just let you keep following the troubleshoot link. I tried different brower, different PC, with or without VPN. I saw another post saying mobile version not working. Hopefully it got fixed soon.
