notification to me sending wrong name

ok so I have two Box.com accounts, one for one side of my business (and its linked to the corporation I do business with) and the agent who sends me files, or requests etc.
I opened a new Box.com account, for the second branch of my business and when someone accesses a shared file, it sends me a notification with the name of the agent from the first account, or the one mentioned above. This is driving me crazy, I truly have searched all over to figure out why this is happening, and I hope the client isn't seeing this other person's name ? Help.

You may want to check your Account profile and modify it:
- Login to box.com.
- From the Box landing page, click your profile at the top right.
- In the drop down, please select Account Profile.
- If there's anything that needs to be changed, please do so and don't forget to click Save Changes.
