Running out of Storage - Upgrade my Account
AnsweredWhen I try to add something to my folders it is telling me to upgrade my account to get unlimited, but I am only using 1.8 MB of the 10 GB allowed. Could I please get someone to help?

You may want to check the owner of the folder you're uploading your files into. Please note that the folder's ability to store new contents will vary depending on the owner's account storage limit.
If that's the case, please have the owner to contact our billing team via billing@box.com to increase his/her storage limit.
