Can't upload File

I get the following error message when trying to upload a file "Something went wrong with the upload. Please try again." I tried the suggested helps in the community.

Some others of us are also having this issue, as reported here: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/16107191739027-Can-t-upload-for-almost-24-hours
