Unable to upload
AnsweredWhen I try to upload I get this prompt "Something went wrong with the upload. Please try again" I can download but not upload. Please help because I cannot afford to have this kind of downtime. I've already sent a support ticket in and if i can't get this resolved I will be forced to cancel my subscription and find another site.

Are everyone experiencing the same exact upload error as Roy's? If you've completed these troubleshooting steps and the error still persist.
Please make sure that you're using account.box.com instead of account.box.net and try again.
