Unsuspected deleted files

Hello there,

My files on BOX are all deleted about 24 hrs ago, and I've never found them on trash spaces, now I'm all lost in the way to work with box.

I've not done any controls and commands at the time, I just found they're gone without any notices.

My collabolators also can't find any files.
I'm looking for reasons and solutions for this case.

Please kindly help me to get them back.
