Out of storage message

Hi, I need help as I have an out of storage message but it seems I'm not out of storage and I deleted the trashed files. After browsing on the help links, I found that this seems to be a common issue and that it has a fix in the back end: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043695334-Storage-Usage-Or-File-Count-In-My-Account-Is-Incorrect

I need Support Help to apply this script as i can no longer add files.
