Good morning! Regrettably, I am unable to provide a recording of my attempts to open the files due to security concerns. However, I can share with you a detailed description of the step-by-step process that I am undertaking in my efforts to open the files.
1-Open web browser sign in and go to the IDR TA working space.
2-open case work
3- Pod case work
4-click federal single line dispute
5-Go to A1 pod
6-Go to federal single line dispute again. But file is blank
