Can't see shared folder after accepting invite- email already confirmed

    Welcome to Box Community and I’m here to help!

    Could you verify if the collaboration invite was sent to the email address you're using to log in with Box? If not, please request for another collaboration invite and this time use the correct email address. 

    Meanwhile, if your email address is correct. Kindly check for your pending invitations and here's how you could accept necessary collaboration invite(s).

    I have followed all these instructions and still cannot see pending invitations for which I have received 5 inbound emails as "invitation to collaborate" - my email address for these email invites and the Box username address are the same.  How can I resolve?
