Can't see shared folder after accepting invite- email already confirmed
AnsweredMy company is exploring the use of box. My boss shared a folder with me and clicking on the share invite link doesn't take me to the folder.
The link was sent less than an hour ago. It shouldn't be expired. When I click on the email link to the shared folder, it takes me to my "all files" page where there is nothing at all different, no notifications, no new files or folders, no status bubbles asking for action....nothing. And not only did I confirm my email address previously as your help article states, but I have previously shared files with this collaborator. What am I missing??? I've logged out, logged back in, refreshed pages.. I don't know what else to do. This is not making a case for Box being something useful to implement in our office.
Their email went to my spam email folder, but I moved it to my inbox and it's still not working...
Also - why does "contact support" take you to a page with just a forum for (what appears to be) other users answering your questions. Many of these questions appear to be going unanswered. This also doesn't make Box look good. Businesses want answers to support questions in a timely manner, they have business that relies on their file sharing actually working and support being helpful and fast.
I hope the company addresses this.

Hi Tanya,
Welcome to Box Community and I’m here to help!
Could you verify if the collaboration invite was sent to the email address you're using to log in with Box? If not, please request for another collaboration invite and this time use the correct email address.
Meanwhile, if your email address is correct. Kindly check for your pending invitations and here's how you could accept necessary collaboration invite(s).
Hope it helps!
