Continuous iPhone App Download Error
AnsweredWe've used BOX for many years now. Multiple users and collaborators with little to no issue.
Currently some of our clients are experiencing issues when trying to download short social media video clips to their iPhones. When trying to download, they receive a message saying "Could not Save". (Image attached below)
We have compared settings, reinstalled the app, confirmed there is available space for the file to download, and all updates are completed. My personal phone (with what appears to be the same settings) has no issue downloading from the app to my phone.
This is an important time saving step in our workflow that we would like to establish a solution for.
Please advise.
