Cancel account
AnsweredSeveral months ago I closed my business and cancelled my Box account. I was told I could not get credit for the unused portion of the annual subscription, but my account would be cancelled when the 12 months were complete. Today I got charged $1,260 for a new year subscription. There doesn't seem to be anyone I can talk to or a single link to cancel it and get my money back.
