    Here's what you need to check to recover your missing files or folders. 

    • Verify the owner of the missing folders. If it's owned by another user please contact the owner for the collaboration invite. 
    • If it's your owned folders, please go to the Box website> trash.

    To find your missing folders, you can follow the steps to locate and recover your contents here.
