Out of space while using 0B out of 10 GB allowance
AnsweredHello, I can't upload files with the message saying that I'm running out of storage. My status in the lower left corner is showing no usage (I'm uploading to corporate folders what had been shared with me by a client). How can I fix this without having to subscribe (I only use Box to exchange files with this client whose corporate storage solution this is)?

Please reach out to the folder owner and make sure the owner has enough storage allocation to store more contents in his/her account.
Note that your folder's ability to store contents relies on the folder owner's allocated storage.
