    To help address your issue, please try the following troubleshooting steps: 

    • Log out and log in from your Box mobile application. 
    • Uninstall and re-install your Box mobile application. 

    Hope it works!

    Good morning Rona. Thank you for your tip, but it doesn't make any sense, I specified that I've done everything, in addition to having recently changed my cell phone, and this problem has been with me for years. Sorry, but you clearly haven't even read everything I've written.
