2FA issue
CompletedHi, I can't access my BOX account with the 2-step verification requirement. The 6-digit token generated from Authy or Authenticator always get invalid response. I remember the 2-step verification login is primarily set up by our partner. However, we haven't collaborated for a long time and it's hard to ask for disabling this 2FA requirement by them. Also I can't disable this 2FA request as I can't log into my account. How can I recover my account / get the 2-step verification disabled? Thanks in advance.
