Preview didn't load

I am trying to preview a video file in Chrome, but I keep getting the following message:
"We’re sorry, the preview didn’t load. Please refresh the page."

I did try playing this video in the Edge browser, and it plays okay, as well as when I download it. I also tried it in a different laptop, and it played there. However, when I updated Chrome from version 112 to 113 in that laptop, the video now will not play.
Is this perhaps a compatibility issue between BOX and the new version of Chrome?
