box app on iMac does not sync

box app on iMac 2017 does not sync saying I have exceeded cloud space storage, but I have 3.2 Gb of space occupied out of 50 Gb available.

In regards to your issue syncing your Box files locally:
- What is the current version of your local Box application?
- Are all of your Box files not syncing and does it include both your owned and collaborated folders?
