    I have lost access to at least THREE critical folders when I just upgraded from STARTER to BUSINESS a short while ago. I absolutely need to get back all the folders I had before the upgrade. They represent months of work-in-progress. PLEASE HELP TO GET THEM BACK ASAP!!!
