Missing Folders after Upgrade
AnsweredA short while ago, I upgraded from STARTER to BUSINESS. I have lost visibility to AT LEAST THREE critical folders, representing months of work-in-progress. PLEASE HELP to get them back! I need access to all the folders I had BEFORE my upgrade to bigger storage this morning.

Please note that during the upgrade process there may be delay as files and folders transfer from your previous Box subscription to your new Box subscription. This delay may last up to 24 hours.

Hi Rona, THANK YOU VERY MUCH to BOX Team for a quick response! I now have the missing folders back. I had added a user when upgraded to the Business subscription, but it was followed by a message, something about a "domain change" which, I thought, triggered the loss of access. No problems now.
There's one suggestion I have - would be good to have at least an automated response to say - problem report received and will be attended to, a re-assuring acknowledgement. THANKS AGAIN!
