Co-admin Domain Verification

Team,

I am having the same issue as this post https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/new?community_post%5Btopic_id%5D=360001934573

I am a co-admin and cannot make another user co-admin due to this. Please advise and resolve.
