Unable to add new personal email
AnsweredIm getting error message when trying to add new personal email to link. the error message "there was an error while trying to add user@domain.com to your account".
I need to add to the account, I was able to add it to account before and it said it sent the verification email but I never received it in the inbox. current primary email account on my box account is

Upon checking, it appears that the affected email address is in our email blocked list and I went ahead and removed it. Once more, please adding your email try again and rest assured that all new Box email(s) will arrive accordingly.
To add an email address:
- Click Add More Emails.
- Enter a valid email address.
- Click Save.
An email verification will be sent to the address you entered. Click the verification link in the email to confirm and add the alternate email to you account.
