Hello,

My colleague is having issue to sign up Box account.

He cannot receive Box's signup email when I send invitation.
Our IT department also confirmed there is no issue with firewall or filter settings.

Could someone create case on behalf of me to contact Box support directly?

    We encourage you to have the affected user to contact our support page, that way we could check the user's email address.
