Box says your account regenerated previously-deleted folders. Those foulders were deleted by another admin for good reason. This all took place inside the folder of a single client (as far as we know).
I just received a similar message (because Box Drive on my laptop would not update to the newest version), and I'm wondering how to open a support case.
