Box Collaborator not receiving invitation email or box sync email verification
AnsweredI am the administrator on our team files and added a new hire. They show as an "editor" now on my side and not "pending" anymore, but the individual never received an email confirmation. When they try to login independently, they get asked to verify the email by clicking on the emailed link, but they never received it. I removed all firewalls and added the box email to contacts but nothing. Not in junk, not anywhere.
This is the same issue we're having with box sync. We downloaded it, and it sent a confirmation email that they never received. We can't use either application at the moment.
