Boolean AND for Tags is Currently Not Supported

Currently there is no support for boolean AND statements in tags. Are there plans to implement this or is there way to accomplish this that I'm not seeing?

  As of this writing, we have no details if this feature will be added in Tags anytime soon, sorry for this limitation.
