Access for non-box users

Hi,,

We are working on a project that people outside of our company need to access in order to upload files as well as open all files. How do non box users get the ability to do that?

  Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist! 

  It's better if you could have these non-Box users to create an account for free. This way you can invite them as collaborators, where they can preview, upload and edit the Box file(s) you're about to share to them.
